The Foundation

Where the ceiling was built.

The belief architecture beneath the presenting challenge is identified and addressed at root level. The patterns installed before your career began — before you had any say in the matter — are examined, named, and changed where they actually live.

Day 3

The Language

What your words are building.

Every conversation, every negotiation, every internal monologue is shaped by language patterns running without your permission. Day Three maps them, names them, and redesigns them. Precision language is not a presentation skill — it is a strategic instrument.

01The 12-Week Architecture

Six Phases · One Trajectory

The flagship APEX Protocol moves through six distinct phases over twelve weeks. Each phase has a specific cognitive and strategic focus. The shorter engagements draw on the same architecture — compressed, but never diluted.

Weeks 1–2

Foundation

Landscape & Calibration

Deep assessment of current operating state. Identification of the gap between current and intended performance. Mapping of belief structures, internal representations, and habitual response patterns. Goal architecture begins. Pre-work review and initial language pattern work.

Weeks 3–4

Architecture

Cognitive Design

Identifying limiting constructs. Reframing work. State management protocols designed and installed. Timeline-based future-pacing of desired outcomes. Decision-making frameworks mapped to the Principal's leadership context. Between-session: daily state calibration practice — a precision tool, not a meditation.

Weeks 5–6

Edge

Threshold Work & APEX Intensive Day

The most intensive period. Deep belief-level change where appropriate. Anchoring of high-performance states to specific contexts — boardrooms, negotiations, public delivery. Week 6: a full in-person APEX Intensive Day at a premium UK location. The pivot point of the protocol.

Weeks 7–8

Integration

Applied Performance

Live application of new frameworks to active business challenges. The Principal brings real situations — negotiation strategy, team dynamics, commercial decisions. Sessions become strategic advisory as much as coaching. Language precision: how the Principal communicates their authority.

Weeks 9–10

Momentum

Consolidation & Forward Architecture

Review of progress against the landscape mapped at the start. Measuring the gap closed. Identifying the next horizon. Goal architecture refreshed for the 90-day post-protocol period. The Principal's APEX Strategy Document takes its final form in this phase.

Weeks 11–12

Apex

Closure & The New Operating State

The final sessions embed the new operational framework as default — not effortful. A structured debrief, forward plan, and consideration of the Quarterly Retainer. The bound APEX Strategy Document is delivered. CPD certificate issued.
