We do not collect payment information through this website. We do not collect sensitive personal data.

Assess your application for the APEX Collective programme

Contact you about your application or enquiry

Our legal basis for processing this data is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR) — specifically, the legitimate interest of assessing and responding to business enquiries. Where you have given us explicit information about yourself in an application, we rely on your consent.

We do not use your information for marketing without your explicit permission.

Enquiry and application forms on this website are processed through Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form service. When you submit a form, your data is transmitted via Formspree to our email address. Formspree's own privacy policy applies to their processing — see formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

Your data is stored in our email system. We do not use a CRM or third-party marketing platform. We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months. Application data for accepted principals is retained for the duration of the programme and 12 months thereafter.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
